El acero aleado se compone principalmente de materiales distintos al carbono y al hierro, además de elementos de aleación, como cobre, manganeso, aluminio, titanio, tierras raras y otros materiales. El acero aleado tiene una alta resistencia y una buena resistencia a la corrosión, resistencia a altas y bajas temperaturas, resistencia al desgaste y propiedades no magnéticas, por lo que su vida útil es relativamente larga. (1) Bajo contenido de carbono: debido a los altos requisitos de tenacidad, soldabilidad y rendimiento de conformado en frío, su contenido de carbono no supera el 0,20 %; (2) Adición de elementos de aleación a base de manganeso; (3) Adición de niobio, titanio o vanadio y otros elementos auxiliares: una pequeña cantidad de niobio, titanio o vanadio en el acero para formar un carburo fino o nitruro de carbono, es propicio para obtener granos ferríticos finos y mejorar la resistencia y la tenacidad del acero.

Product Description

Alloy steel is mainly composed of materials other than carbon and iron plus alloying elements, such as copper, manganese, aluminum, titanium, rare earth and other materials. Alloy steel has a high strength, and has a good corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, wear resistance and non-magnetic properties, so its life is relatively long.
(1) Low carbon: due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold forming performance, its carbon content does not exceed 0.20%;
(2) Add alloy elements based on manganese;
(3) Adding niobium, titanium or vanadium and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of niobium, titanium or vanadium in the steel to form a fine carbide or carbon nitride, is conducive to obtaining fine ferritic grains and improve the strength and toughness of steel.
