Production Process

1. Steelmaking: Use converter or electric furnace for smelting to control the chemical composition and ensure the purity and uniformity of molten steel.
2. Continuous casting: The molten steel is continuously cast into slabs, and the internal quality and surface quality of the slabs are ensured by controlling the casting speed and temperature.
3. Rolling: After heating the slab to an appropriate temperature, it is rolled through a rolling mill in multiple passes to make the steel plate reach the required thickness and dimensional accuracy.
4. Heat treatment: The rolled steel plate is subjected to heat treatment such as normalizing and tempering to eliminate internal stress and improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
